28th July 2020: Rodney and Kate Curtis attended the Ceremony for the Liberation of Coutances, Normandy, remembering the death of US Army Colonel Louis J. Storck. Storck was the first officer to enter Coutances where his jeep hit a mine killing the driver and the navigator instantly; Colonel Storck lived for another two days.
