The Bedford Pipe Band and Scots Society of St Andrew hold a service and parade to honour the 33 Members of the Highland Regiments who were billeted in Bedford during 1914-1915 but were victims of measles, diptheria, scarlet fever and pneumonia and who are buried in Foster Hill Road Cemetery.
This service and parade takes place on the Sunday before Remembrance Day.
