Most people think that the RBL Poppy Appeal only lasts for two weeks from late October into November when collectors appear in supermarkets, at train stations or knocking on doors selling poppies.  However, raising funds for the Poppy Appeal actually continues all year round.

Baldock & District Branch has a proud fundraising tradition and in recent years have raised over £15,000 during the annual two week "Remembrancetide" .

The fundraising would of course not be possible without the help of our volunteer collectors.  You do not need to be a British Legion member to be a collector.  We really need all the help we can get!
