Baldock Branch held a display next to the War Memorial in The High Street to celebrate Armed Forces Day 2016 and to raise money for the Poppy Appeal.

Despite a poor weather forecast we were blessed with a dry day and plenty of sunshine!

We were joined by a Green Goddess Fire Engine from the Duxford Aviation Society Military Vehicle Wing. There was also a surprise guest appearance from some of the Royal British Legion Riders Branch.

We would like to thanks all those who came to see us and everyone that helped to make the day a great success. 

Thanks to the kind donations of our visitors the bucket had £88 in it at the end of the day which went to the Poppy Appeal.
