Royal British Legion Clubs are private members clubs which operate under Financial Conduct Authority registered rules.

The clubs are able to sell alcoholic drinks to their members using the provisions of a Clubs Premises Certificate.

The Clubs utilise the name of the Royal British Legion in their titles, but are separate from the Charity.
