The veteran contingent on the parade in addition to National, County and Association Standards, will feature representation from the Royal Hospital Chelsea, Service Associations and the Royal British Legion and other veteran organisations at the Salisbury Armed Forces Day National Event 2019.
When registering please be aware the route is 1.25 miles long and preparations for form up will commence at 0630 hrs on Sat 29 Jun 19.
Liverpool Armed Forces Day 2019
Liverpool — 29 June 2019

Each Ex-Service Organisation has been invited by the Lord Mayor of Liverpool to attend a Drum Head Service and Parade to mark AFD 2019 on Saturday 29th June.
The Drum Head Service will be held in Liverpool Parish Church, Our Lady & St Nicholas after which the parade will form up and march to the Albert Dock. There will be a showcase of all military services with stands from a number of Army units as well as RN, RM and RAF stands and Ex service Charities and Organisations at the Albert Dock.
Timings are as follows:
09:45 am Arrival of Standards
10:15 am All to be seated
10:20 am Standards formed up
10.30 am Drum Head Service starts
11:00 am Drum Head Service ends
11:15 am Parade Steps Off
11:30 am Parade forms up outside Martin Luther King Jr Building
11:45 am dismiss
The Band of the Royal Marines Scotland will lead the parade via Chapel St along the Strand to the Albert Dock. The order of march will be Band, Standards, Veterans & Cadets. The Parade Commander will be CQMS Billy Jones and RBL Parade Marshall Lyndsey Taggart will look after the Standard Bearers.
Please show your support to the Armed Forces by advertising this event with your members and encouraging them to attend the event with Standard.
Wigan - 27 June
Wigan AFD event will be a parade through the Town Centre with military vehicles and stalls throughout the Town centre for all the family.
Parade participants are asked to meet at M&S Car Park at 1030am with parade stepping off in Compton Street at 1100am.
Southport Armed Forces Day
Southport — 30 June 2019

- Sunday 30th June Local Veterans from SSAFA (The Armed Forces Charity) based at RAF Woodvale are preparing to hold this years Armed Forces Day event at the Town Hall (Princess Diana Memorial Gardens) in front of the Southport Town Hall.
Starting the event off with a Drumhead Service at 10:00 am in the Town Hall Gardens (Princess Diana memorial Gardens)
Parade starting at 10:30 am on Chapel Street. Taking the salute at Southport Town Hall.
There will be modern and vintage military vehicles in front of the Atkinson Centre, Army, Air and Sea cadets & their band, There will also be vintage live music and living history groups. A military field kitchen serving hot food.
A full size WWI Sopwith Camel Biplane along with recruitment stalls and much more.
All Veterans and Standard Bearers are welcome including any in wheelchairs & scooters. If you have served in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces regulars and reservists of all ages can take part in the parade. No need to be part of an ex services organisation to take part in the parade.
St Helens Armed Forces Day 2019
Saint Helens — 22 June 2019

St.Helens Armed Forces Day 2019 celebrates the local Armed Forces Community. The event will start at 11 a.m. with a grand parade of Armed Forces Past, Present and Future at 12 p.m. followed by a packed programme of events. These include displays from local Merseyside and Manchester Regiments and Cadet Forces, Military Vehicles, Military Bands, Vintage Military Vehicles, Stalls, Funfair and Climbing Wall. Throughout the day there will be a full programme of musical performances at the Victoria Park Bandstand.
Warrington Armed Forces Day – The ‘Sephton ‘Trophy

Now in its ninth year Warrington Armed Forces Day at Crosfields RLFC is the focal point of the town’s AFD
A triple header of Armed Forces Rugby – A Tri-Services free fun filled family event that garners tremendous

Game-3=CROSFIELDS RLFC-Vs-ARMY RL
Around the main pitch there are numerous Regular and Reserve Units stalls and stands with asset and vehicle displays exhibiting their capability; informing who they are and what they do.
Veteran’s and Armed Forces Charity information stands, as well as ex-service/RBL associations together with involvement and activities from local Cadet forces ensuring engagement across all age groups.
Various community groups, Civilian Military enthusiasts and clubs with Blank Firing Field Guns and Small Arms, Emergency Services, Rugby organisations and charities also attend providing interesting and engaging activities that add to the festival atmosphere of the event.
The event is FREE to enter with FREE parking and FREE gifts for children.
Zero charge for the vast majority of activities provided including facepainting, craft lessons, inflatable obstacle courses, Airsoft Rifle ranges, climbing walls and more.
Local dignitaries and VIPs will be in attendance including 1* and 2* Senior Officers. They are very much involved in
community/commercial engagement and prize giving on the day.
