Cenotaph March Past -2018
Ex service non-members should apply via their association, whereas ex-service Legion members can apply to march with the Legion. If they are a member of both an association and the Legion, they do not have to approach their association first. It’s up to the individual Legion member as to whether they’d prefer to march with the Legion or their association. Those who have registered their interest must all be veterans and cannot just be Legion members.
TRBL will confirm ticket allocations in June and will then send a registration email for MSOs to complete accreditation for individuals that are marching. This information will be collected via our accreditation site; Information gathered includes: First name, Surname, Full address, Date of Birth and Place of Birth. TRBL will not be accepting data via spreadsheets sent in by email.
As this year is 100 years since the end of the First World War applications will be higher than normal and we cannot therefore guarantee everyone will receive the number of tickets that they apply for.
Please take a look at the link below which includes all of the dates and deadlines for 2018 Cenotaph:
In 2018, for the end of the First World War Centenary Commemorations, the Government is organising for an additional 10,000 members of the public to march past the cenotaph after the Legion organised march has finished. This will not be organised by TRBL and further information regarding the public ballot will be released by the Government later in the year.
The Greater London District Office of The Legion handles requests from London Branches only.
