Obviously, the period we call "Remembrancetide" (the period leading up to the 11th November each year whern you see our Poppy Collectors out and about) is our busiest time.  The huge number of people coming out to help is fantastic, but we always like to encourage more volunteers.  If you'd like to help, please get in touch with the Derbyshire County community Fundraiser, Christine Selden by e-mail to cselden@britishlegion.org.uk and she will put you in touch with your local Poppy Appeal Organiser.

Other volunteer roles include (click the role description for information):

Information Volunteer

Case Worker

Visitor Volunteer

Ambassador Volunteer

If any of these roles appeal to you, then please get in touch with vceastmidlands@britishlegion.org .uk to have a chat about the role(s) and what you might find suitable
