Congratulations

Congratulations to Danielle Warwick (Case Officer) and Kerry Newham (Advice & Information Officer) who were recently recognised for some of their excellent welfare work when they were presented with an award for ‘Collaborative Team Working’ at the National Operations Conference in Coventry. 

The nomination recognised a very complex case and the assistance provided to a homeless ex-serviceman, with multiple needs.  He was sleeping rough in the north of the county and was helped to find permanent accommodation and on-going support.  There was an immense amount of work involving area and regional colleagues as well as external partner organisations; who all worked together to demonstrate the true value of collaborative working.
