County Standard Bearers Competition

Branch Accounts:
All Branch Accounts are to be examined and with the Membership Support Officer no later than 1700hrs 30th September 2024.
Please note; all Branch Accounts are required to balance, to be complete with the paperwork required and have been either examined by a RBL IE or an independant accountant/auditor. Accounts that do not comply with the above will be returned to the Branch concerned for correction and will not be counted as being received until all errors are rectified.
Branches who are having trouble completing their accounts are to contact the Membership Support Officer or County Secretary for help, if required.
Branches who do not send in their accounts by the above date will not be eligible to vote in elections, apply for tickets to the Festival of Remembrance or attend County & Annual Conferences as delegates.

Branch Annual General Meetings:
Branch AGM's Branch Secretary's are to ensure that the MS1 & MS1B are completed and have to be signed by the Branch Officers and Committee Members are to be sent to the Membership Support Officer, no later than 31st December 2024
Branches who do not comply or send in their MS1 late will not be eligible to vote in elections, apply for tickets to the Festival of Remembrance or send a delegate to the County & Annual Conferences.
Branches who find that they are unable to comply, for what ever reason, are to contact the Membership Support Officer or County Secretary for assistance.
