YEOVIL BRANCH ROYAL BRITISH LEGION

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.

The Annual General Meeting for the Yeovil Branch Royal British Legion will take place in the upstairs function room of the Y.E.S.S. Club on Monday 25th November 2019 at 7.30 p.m.   Please arrive from 7 p.m. onwards to enable a prompt start.

Please inform the Secretary if you would wish to attend or to send your apologies.

Any items for the agenda are to be submitted to the Chair or Secretary at least 7 (seven) days prior to the date.  There will be a cut-off time of 5 p.m. Monday 18th November 2019.

Should you wish to be considered for the position of a Branch Officer or a Committee member, please complete the nomination sheet displayed on the RBL Yeovil Branch noticeboard within the Yeovil Ex-Services and Social Club, Legion Road, Yeovil BA21 3AZ.

To be ratified at the Annual General Meeting which will take place at 7.30 p.m. prompt on Monday, 25th November 2019.   This notice will be removed from the noticeboard 7 days before the A.G.M.

In accordance with Branch Rules, those wishing to apply for a position as an officer of the Branch or to become a Branch Committee Member should append their name below, together with that of a proposer and seconder.
