-   The Stowmarket and District Royal Air Forces Association meets in the Royal British Legion Club at 19:30 hrs on the first Wednesday of the month, except January.

-  The first half hour or so is taken up with a formal meeting, at which minutes are recorded, and then the social part of the evening begins.

-  Throughout the year, at our meetings, we have entertainment or speakers on various subjects, in July we enjoy a Mystery Trip, usually including a pub meal.

-  Each September we commemorate the Battle of Britain with a Memorial Service in the parish church and collect for the Wings Appeal.

-  In addition to the monthly meetings, in summer we arrange coach outings for members and friends to the seaside or other places of interest.

-  As a Branch we support the RBL Poppy Appeal and join in all the annual Remembrance commemoration events.

-  If you have served in the Royal Air Force and would like to join us, come along to a meeting and find out more. Even if you didn’t serve in the RAF, come along and find out about joining as an Associate member.
