Gnosall & District Branch has shown its fundraising skills by once again improving on its Poppy Appeal total. We've topped £10,200 passing the previous year's total. The total from the 30th September 2010 to the 30th September 2011 is £4,471.50. Total for 2011 to 2012 was £4,853.76 another fantastic sum, a huge thank you to everyone especially all the volunteers and everyone who donated.

So well done everybody, and a big Thank You to all the people of the Village of Gnosall and surrounding areas who have been so generous again.

Poppy People

Anyone interested in helping in the next Poppy Appeal should contact our Poppy Appeal Coordinator Leon Potts

We always need new volunteers - Poppy People - to assist with Poppy Appeal collecting in  Staffordshire County.

Without volunteer collectors out there on the streets, without appeal organisers planning the collections, this great cause - that helps thousands of ex-Service men and women every year - would grind to a halt.

And we urgently need to recruit more people as many of our current volunteers are retiring from active duty. Add to this the ever increasing demand on the Legion's services and you can see we need your help more than ever.
