Minutes of the Meeting: Held 21 May 2014
Meeting Opening: Meeting opened at 19:15 Hrs. The Act of Homage was duly observed.

Minutes of the last meeting: Proposed by Derrick Wilkinson, seconded by Dave Warburton, that the Minutes of the previous meeting be passed as read.

Matter arising:
The Chairman spoke about the presentation of the “Certificate of Affiliation” to the 860 (Mosborough) Squadron ATC which took place on May 13th
The Chairman spoke of his visit to ASDA Mosborough, and felt that a Poppy selling location at the foot of the travelator would be quite suitable.
There are plenty of 1914/2014 Poppy Pins available if anyone should wish to sell some in advance of the sales period in October/November.
Correspondence:
Steve Bush gave details of a WW1 Memorial Service to be held at St Marks Church, Mosborough, on Sun 29 Jun at 4PM, and asked for those wishing to attend to give him their names.
The Agenda for the 2014 National RBL Meeting was circulated.
The annual Lister House Garden Party has had to be cancelled but will be resumed next year

The Chairman said that he was hoping to arrange a buffet in September/October and would invite 860 (Mosborough) Squadron ATC, TS Sheffield and the Mosborough Scout Band. This will act as a kick-off to the Poppy Sales campaign for this year.
