Minutes of the Meeting: Held 18 September 2013
Meeting Opening: Meeting opened at 19.10 The Act of Homage was duly observed.
Present: There were 16 members and 1 guest present, Roll call available if required from the secretary.
Apologies: There were 2 apologies.
Minutes of the last meeting: Proposed by Dave Warburton, seconded by Eric Colley, that the Minutes of the Previous Meeting be passed as read. Carried.

There is no update on the Mosborough affiliation process
The Norfolk Park Bank Holiday weekend was a success, although the Chairman expressed concern at having to pay £80 to pitch the gazebo. Eric Colley will raise this concern at his next meeting with councillors

Poppy Appeal:
Blank rotas for Poppy Selling Duties were circulated. Please complete and return to Steve Bush/Dave Warburton at next meeting
Poppy Selling will commence on Sat 26th Oct
A selling price list was circulated and agreed by all
Z Cards (RBL Information Slips) should be available for handing out at Poppy selling stations
Dave Warburton raised the issue of moving Poppy stock. The Chairman pointed out that we are awaiting the allocation of a unit base at Crystal Peaks

The Chairman spoke about the presentation of the Certificate of Affiliation to TSS Sheffield
Claire Hall gave details of a TSS Curry Night on Fri 25th Oct at the Sheffield Sea Cadet Unit, Tickets £6. Those wishing to attend should let Claire or Alan Parker know.
